This modern holiday villa is located in a closed and secured resort, just a 5-minute drive from Mambo Beach and Willemstad. A beautiful large communal swimming pool has been realized, where you can enjoy a cooling dip and relax on one of the sunbeds. Furthermore, the Resort is fully furnished with tropical plants. This villa has a private swimming pool, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. An extra plus is that the entire villa is air-conditioned!

The Villa

Through the covered carport with space for two cars, you enter the living room through the front door, which is immediately noticeable that the villa has a modern yet homely interior. You can watch your favorite series on the smart TV from the comfortable lounge sofa. Would you like to dine with the whole group at the table, this is possible both inside and outside at the 6/8 person dining table.

Adjacent to the living room is the luxurious kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a kitchen island. In the kitchen there is also a closed laundry room, where you will find the washing machine and all washing supplies.

From the living room you have access to the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, a second and third bedroom, and second bathroom. The master bedroom, which feels like a wonderful hotel room, is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, workplace and a cupboard wall with sufficient storage space. This room has a private bathroom with a double sink, a spacious walk-in shower with a double rain shower and a toilet.

The second and third bedrooms have two single beds arranged as a queen-size bed. If desired, these can also be set up as two separate beds. There is also sufficient storage space in these rooms. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

At the rear of the villa is the partly covered terrace, where you can take a seat in the attractive lounge area or on one of the sunbeds at your private swimming pool! From the backyard you also have direct access to the communal swimming pool through a closed gate, which is located directly at the rear of the villa.
