This beautiful, brand new villa is suitable for 6 persons and is located at the new and very centrally located Vredenberg Resort. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and 2 luxury bathrooms. The interior of the villa is a perfect blend of modernity and homeliness, making you feel right at home. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating space on comfortable lounge sofas, from where you can enjoy watching your favorite series on the smart TV. The entire living room is also air-conditioned, so you can always enjoy a pleasant temperature. The adjacent kitchen island is spacious and equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities. Through the sliding doors you have access to the beautiful covered terrace, where you can relax and look out over your own private pool. It is the perfect place to soak up the sun and relax in privacy.

The Villa

At the front of the villa there is ample parking for 2 cars on private property. Through the front door you enter the hall and from there you enter the beautifully decorated living room. The living room is modern and at the same time homely, with ample seating on comfortable lounge sofas. Moreover, the entire living room is air-conditioned, so you can always enjoy a pleasant temperature.

The adjacent kitchen island is spacious and equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities. Through the sliding doors you can access the beautiful covered terrace, where you can relax at the dining table and look out over your own private pool. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy one of the sun beds and relax in privacy.

From the living room you have access to the two bedrooms at the front of the house. Both bedrooms have luxurious queen-size box springs with lovely bed linen and plenty of storage space in the closets. The bedrooms share a spacious and luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower with massage jets, a sink and a toilet. In addition, there is a hallway from the living room that leads to the master bedroom. This bedroom has a luxurious king-size box-spring bed equipped with beautiful bedding and a smart-TV. The master bedroom also has a spacious walk-in closet and a second luxurious bathroom with a double sink, a walk-in shower with massage jets and a toilet.

The location is very central and ideal: No traffic jams, close to popular beaches (Cabana Beach, Mood Beach and Mambo Beach), several beach clubs, bars, restaurants and stores. With just a few minutes drive you are on Mambo Beach or in Willemstad!
